Bermuda Dunes

Bermuda Dunes is an unincorporated city located in the mid-valley between Palm Desert and La Quinta. With a population of approximately 8,074, Bermuda Dunes is one of the few Coachella Valley cities that allows short-term rentals, making it desirable to investors.

Bermuda Dunes is home to the Bermuda Dunes Country Club, a private, members-only country club featuring a golf course that is recognized world-wide and hosted the Bob Hope Classic PGA Tournament for over 50 years.

Bermuda Dunes also has a privately owned public use airport that has a single runway suitable for both small piston aircraft and larger business jets and is considered a vital part of the local community, serving a mix of private owners and business travelers.

Bermuda Dunes is part of the Desert Sands Unified School District with one elementary school within the community boundaries and there is also one private school.
